These terms govern your use of CreatorHive, operated by Hey Social Inc. ("we", "us"), available at community.creatorhiveacademy.com and as an iOS app.
By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: September 6, 2026
1. Who can join
CreatorHive is a private, invite-only community for paying members. You must be 18 or over. Your account is yours alone — don't share your login, and don't let anyone else use it. Tell us at contact@heysocial.ca if you think someone else has access to it.
2. Membership and payment
Membership is purchased separately from this app, through our website and third-party payment processors. Nothing is sold inside the app.
Your access continues for as long as your membership is active. If it lapses, we may suspend or close your account.
3. What we provide
Access to the community: the feed, channels, direct messages, course content, the Hub, and events, as they exist from time to time. We may add, change or remove features.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may take the service down for maintenance.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post.
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and distribute it within CreatorHive, so we can operate the community. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where other members have already interacted with it in shared conversations.
You're responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to share.
5. Community conduct and objectionable content
CreatorHive has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.
You agree not to post, send, upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
You agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, stalk, threaten or intimidate any other member, and not to use the community to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
Reporting and blocking. You can report content or another member from anywhere it appears in the app, and you can block another member at any time. Blocking prevents them from contacting you and removes their content from your view.
How we act. We review every report and act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. We may remove any content, and suspend or terminate the account of any member who posts objectionable content or behaves abusively, at our sole discretion, without notice and without refund. A terminated member may be permanently barred from CreatorHive.
6. Other things you agree not to do
Break the law. Interfere with the service or try to gain unauthorised access to it. Scrape, copy or redistribute course content or other members' content outside the community. Misrepresent who you are or who you're affiliated with. Use CreatorHive to recruit members to a competing service.
7. Course content
Course material, resources and templates are provided for your own use as a member. You may use what you learn in your own business. You may not republish, resell or redistribute the material itself.
8. Other members' content
Members post their own opinions, results and advice. We don't endorse or verify it. Earnings other members report are their own and are not a promise of what you'll achieve.
9. Your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and does not entitle you to a refund.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your membership lapses, or if we stop operating the service.
10. Disclaimers
CreatorHive is provided as-is. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for your business.
Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll tell you in the app or by email, and we may ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
13. Governing law
Hey Social Inc. is a Delaware corporation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
